By accessing ContentOS Studio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ContentOS Studio is a content production system that generates video scripts using AI. The Service includes script generation, Brand Brain, trend discovery, series management, export tools, and related features.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
The Service offers a free tier and paid Creator plan. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your billing page. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You retain ownership of all scripts generated using the Service. ContentOS Studio does not claim any rights to your content. You grant us a limited license to process your content through our AI systems for the purpose of providing the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or violates any third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. ContentOS Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
